Exchange / Refunds / Cancellations
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from our farm or need to exchange an item, please post it back to us. Should you require any advice please contact us on +44 7762 787836 or email us at email@example.com.
If posting your return to us, please re-package your goods carefully and use the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or similar service to send your items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please enclose a covering letter outlining the nature of the return.
For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 days after full receipt of the goods providing you contact us stating your desire to do so (email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 7762 787836) You will be refunded the cost of the goods but unless the item is faulty we will not be able to refund your postage.
